Dean is the Managing Director of Online Computers. He established the company in 1996 while working for a local accounting firm. Dean is the primary Accredo Accounting Software support person with over 20 years’ experience in all things Accredo. Though not a qualified Accountant, he has years of experience with Job Costing, General Ledger and Financial reporting. Dean also supports our customers phone systems using VoIP solutions from Yealink and 2Talk.
Adrian is our Cloud engineer, Apple Certified Technician and inbound support person. Utilising remote access software he can support most customers computers and servers without leaving the office. Adrian’s specialities are macOS/iOS, Windows Server/Hyper-V and advanced networking.
Adrian is involved with all aspects of hardware and software support.
Tim has been working with Apple computers for over 25 years, providing support to a variety of businesses and schools. He is well-versed in all aspects of Apple computers, from technical repairs to software support. Additionally, Tim collaborates closely with schools to assist with the sales and deployment of Apple products.
Jayden is experienced with both Apple and PC, providing software and hardware support. Jayden deals with all aspects of Office 365 and has been involved in a large amount of business migrations. Jayden provides both onsite and remote support to residential and business customers and has completed Webroot and WatchGuard certification training.
Alex is our specialist in all things Accredo, focusing on building and maintaining customised solutions to suit each customer’s unique requirements. He works closely with businesses to streamline workflows, automate day-to-day processes, and tailor the system to better support how they operate. Based in Christchurch, Alex has been working with Accredo since 2020 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He’s been part of the Online Computers team since 2024.
John is our Gore-based technician, serving Eastern Southland and West Otago. As a Certified Microsoft Professional, he is skilled in all Microsoft products. With extensive experience in the farming and small business sectors, John offers both on-site and off-site support for computers and related hardware.
